Wonderful signed "Renoir" earclips -- this company was the top of the line in 1950s copper jewelry! Beautiful gleaming copper pie-sectioned rounds come with cool bone-shaped enamel segments, a raised structure that floats over each disk. These would be fabulous at any Tiki Room!
The enamel on these bone-shaped sections was done over silver to bring out the translucent color, and is a rich golden yellow tone shading to brown speckle on either end.
Many of the Renoir and Matisse pieces were "modern" takes on Native American design motifs and these may fall into that category. Lovely geometrics!
Overall these are in really nice condition, with one corner of a bone shape missing some enamel. You have to look real close to notice that though, it does not detract. 1" across. Clipback.
